Terms of Use

Refund Policy

As all of our products are personalised and made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

We only offer refunds or replacements where:

  • The item is faulty or damaged, or
  • There has been an error on our part (e.g. incorrect personalisation or incorrect item supplied).

Orders placed in error:
If you believe you have placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • If the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to cancel and issue a refund.
  • If the order has already been processed or personalised, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Digital image downloads:
Digital images are supplied as digital content. Once a digital image has been downloaded, refunds are not normally available, unless there is a fault with the image or we are otherwise required to provide a remedy.

If a digital image is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. Where appropriate, we will normally provide a corrected or replacement digital image in the first instance. A price reduction or refund will only be provided where required by law, including where repair or replacement is impossible or cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

If your order is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will also refund any applicable postage costs. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (credit/debit card).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Policy

Mainland Britain:
To ensure the highest level of quality in all processing, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. This includes processing, framing, packaging, and distribution.

International Orders (outside Mainland Britain):
Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. This includes all processing and shipping time.

Back To School Delivery:
If you have selected the Back To School delivery option, your order will be shipped to the school along with the main school order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery via this method.
